Cancellation Terms

• 7 Days or More Before Departure: Full refund (minus applicable processing fees).
• 6 to 4 Days Before Departure: 50% refund.
• Within 3 Days of Departure: No refund.

Exceptions

• Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, natural disasters) may be eligible for a credit toward future bookings.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.

How to Cancel

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to office@nitravel.al with your booking details.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are processed as per our cancellation policy.
• No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
• If a tour or service is canceled by Northern International Travel, customers will be offered a full refund or an alternative arrangement.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Any incurred transaction fees are non-refundable.

Booking & Payment

• A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 3 days prior to departure.

Liability & Responsibility

• Northern International Travel is not liable for personal loss, injuries, or delays that are beyond our control.

Travel Documents & Requirements

• Customers must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and appropriate travel insurance for their journey.

Changes & Cancellations

• We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances.

Conduct & Compliance

• Customers are expected to adhere to local laws and regulations during their tours.

Usage Restrictions

• No content may be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.
• Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.
